Mark, Kord, and Alexander came to my home to diagnose my Air Conditioning system after my home warranty Choice failed to fix my AC in 2 months. So I called Choate’s and they came out immediately. They were very professional and precise on the condition of the unit. Very thorough, covering every detail and addressing every concern. Very detailed documentation sent to you immediately. Even the manager Kylan called to check on my inquiry in a professional manner. Great Company!
Details: Routine maintenance • Only warm air is blowing from the vents • Routine maintenance • Attic • Outside • House • Owner

Technician Terry Gray was professional and quick to diagnose a problem at our daughters home with condensation leaking buildup from unwrapped AC pipe running across garage ceiling. Terrys warm personality coupled with his knowledge of an exact plan for repair made it all seem simple. He accessed the attic from garage opening in ceiling and showed how the moisture was causing the stains and breaks in the ceiling. Terry explained what was needed - got materials and went to work in some record breaking sweltering attic heat to make a clean and very neat repair. Terry went above and beyond to check hot water heater and worked to restore hot water by installed cartridge to the master bathroom shower. Happy campers! We totally appreciate the good services and total support.
