JR of Footprints Floors was a joy to work with. He is very responsive, detailed and professional. He made sure my job was done right and even helped me get a discount on material used. We had minor setbacks from material supplier and JR did not request for any payment for the partial work done, until the remaining supplies arrived and the work was completed, even though the setback was not his fault. I'm very grateful to Alex as well, the contractor that did the work, he was very patient, thorough and professional. Thanks guys.

JR and his team just completed an amazing renovation on my home. The plans started out fairly simple but as I came up with new ideas, the plans changed and JR was on board with every single one. He helped me outsource other companies to help complete my vision and the last room-the primary bath-was the most extensive and came out better than I dreamed it would. Alex was the most trustworthy and talented craftsman Ive ever met. His work was absolutely amazing. I never had to worry about anything when Alex was here working. He sent me pictures and gave me great suggestions for things I didnt think about. He was always dependable and as I said trustworthy beyond imagine. If I ever need to do another renovation, Footprints is who I will use. They did a guest bath, my kitchen/breakfast room, hallway, laundry room and my primary bathroom.

JR jumped right in to help us out. We were in a time crunch due to a recent move. Our floors were scratched during the estate sale, and new owners were taking possession immediately. We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring, etc choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JR Moorhead is the lead contact for Footprints Floors Midsouth. JR graduated from Collierville High School and resides in East Memphis. Graduated from University Memphis with an undergrad and master's degree. He is a Member of the National Wood Flooring Assoc. and has been thru extensive hands on and class training with the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) standards of installation.
