Hometown Comfort's team came right out and installed our new AC system with a gas furnace and brought a team to install the ductwork as well. All issues were addressed as they came up and finally they put in gas pipes to our water heater and a new pipe to a future gas fireplace as requested by my wife. Excellent service!

They sent someone out immediately. Michael was excellent and extremely friendly. He did not give us the run around on what the issue with the AC was. He was efficient and had our AC running within minutes of looking at it. We will need a new AC once we build onto our home, hopefully this summer, and we will definitely call them for the installation. They did not overcharge and super reasonable rate!

Our AC went out at 4:55 on Friday going into Labor Day weekend! I called and left a message basically assuming we would not get help for another 4-days. Michael called the next day on Saturday and came out to fix the AC. Huge help to our family!
