- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TRH, I want us to be responsive. I hear far too many customers talk about contacting a service provider and never hearing back from them or setting appointments and the contractor never shows up. We are different at TRH. We exist because there is a need in the market for responsive, quality, service minded organizations that will do what they say they will do. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years plant and soil science with an emphasis in landscape maintenance and design. 20 plus years serving landscape and home improvement customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a neighborhood kid mowing lawn 25 years ago and grew into a career.
