Introduction: I generally charge one dollar a square ft plus paint . I have found that to be the most fair and affordable for the customer. Then I adjust my price for trim,doors, ceilings ect. So for instance a 10x20 room I would only charge 200$ and depending on how much trim or ceilings and repairs I would adjust the price. For 30 years now I have been remodeling houses. What started as a necessity after I bought my first house became my passion. Soon I was helping friends install flooring and painting houses. I like to work with my hands and see the job through my satisfaction is to see the finished product.
