Hi there , I’m Jeff with Maintenance Pro. To earn your business I offer quality work at an affordable price. For 30 years now I’ve been painting houses I find satisfaction in the process and finished projects. I’m reliable, you will get my very best and hope to get your business. generally I charge one dollar a square ft plus paint . I have found that to be the most fair and affordable for the customer. Then I adjust my price for trim,doors, ceilings ect. So for instance a 10x20 room I would only charge 200$ and depending on how much trim or ceilings and repairs I would adjust the price. For 30 years now I have been remodeling houses. What started as a necessity after I bought my first house became my passion. Soon I was helping friends install flooring and painting houses. I like to work with my hands and see the job through my satisfaction is to see the finished product.

Jeff was great he responded really quickly and gave us a great price. He did the work in 2 days and did an awesome job. We got both our bathroom retiled and our bedroom laminated. Will definitely be using him again for future flooring projects.

Jeff was amazing! I was in a bind for a new floor in the Master and he was able to work me in. Very professional and excellent communication. My floor couldn't have turned out better! Quit searching around on Thumbtack and call Jeff! He's the guy!

My wife and I have a really comfortable and cozy screened in patio. Only one problem, it had a concrete floor. Well, we were luck enough to find Jeff. He came over, took a look and said “no problem”. From start to finish he was a complete gentleman. Even picked up a couple things from Lowe’s for us. We couldn’t be happier with his work. Our outdoor patio is now the coziest place in our home. Jeff is a complete professional from start to clean up.
