- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started off as a cashier job in store and turned into a catering management job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I set up catering orders for different events and lunches. Also I work in store and help the customer decide on a lunch or dinner.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The St. Jude Classic golf tourney was my biggest. We fed the Media and Volunteer tent , which was around 4,000 people all together over the course of a week.
