Introduction: NOTE: I DO NOT TRAIN FEMALE CLIENTS. I care about my client's overall health, including spiritually: I pray for them all daily; I encourage them to exercise or walk regularly with their spouse if they are married; and I help them tailor their diet and exercise plan based upon their lives so that it is something that they can live with, as opposed to just making a temporary fix. I love helping people transform themselves into the healthiest, most beautiful person that they were meant to be. It's so great to see someone radically change in just a short amount of time with hard work and discipline, and see how the feel so much better about themselves. I love being the one to motivate and encourage them through the difficult time.

It’s $200 for six sessions, or $375 for twelve. As a separate service I can help you with your nutritional requirements for $50.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am only accepting male clients at this time.

I read current health magazines, and also keep up with the latest research on supplements, herbs, and other compounds used for weight loss, muscle building, health, and life extension.
