Travel and Additional Fees: Depending on the location of the shoot, there may be additional travel fees to cover transportation costs and time. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring transparency in the total cost. Deposit and Payment: We require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot or as outlined in our agreement. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer interested in our videography and photography services, our typical process involves the following steps: Initial Contact: The customer reaches out to express their interest in our photography services, either through email, phone, or a contact form on Thumbtack. (Serious inquires only.) Consultation: We schedule a consultation to discuss their specific requirements, preferences, and vision for the shoot. This may take place in person, via phone, or through video chat. Planning and Preparation: During the consultation, we discuss details such as location, desired style, shoot duration, and any special requests. We also determine the date and time that works best for both parties. Agreement and Booking: Once all details are confirmed, we provide the customer with a written agreement outlining the services, terms, and pricing. Upon acceptance, a deposit is typically required to secure the booking. Pre-Shoot Preparation: Prior to the shoot, we may provide suggestions or guidance on outfits, props, or any other specific preparations needed. The Photoshoot: On the agreed-upon date, we arrive at the designated location fully prepared with our equipment. We work closely with the customer to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment, while capturing beautiful moments. Post-Production and Delivery: After the shoot, we carefully select and edit the best photographs.
