- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat hourly rate for all of our jobs no matter what the circumstances! The only time we charge more is if you want us to bring more than just 2 employees to help or if you need to take our moving supplies with you and we can not get them back at the end of the job like moving pads, straps etc... Also we always charge a MINIMUM of 2 hours for all jobs, so if you only need help for a very small amount of time, keep this in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get your contact information, we will contact you by phone call, texts, and or email (in that order) so we can discuss what type of moving assistance you are in need of. We will work with you to schedule the best date and time that will work for you! You will have constant contact available with us after our first contact so if anything should come up and you need to change anything about the help you need, we will be able to make changes for you as quickly as possible. On the day we are scheduled to help you, we will call or text you again to confirm that everything is still good and let you know what time to expect us to arrive. When we get there, we will get to work for you RIGHT AWAY, and help you with everything you need until the job is complete. After we are finished, we will collect payment for the job and write you a recipt and give you a business card for future reference an to share with your friends! and thats it! We keep it simple and efficient so you have less of a headache on your moving day (cause we all know it can be frustrating). lol. Looking forward to helping you!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been moving, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, and helping with moves for over 10 years now! We have not ever damaged anyone's personal belongings or property at all!
