Introduction: My name is Tara and I have over 10 years of housekeeping experience. I've managed commercial and residential cleaning companies and ran across multiple instances where I was rushed to move on to the next place, regardless of the quality of cleaning. That inspired me to start my own business, Dixie Maid Cleaning Specialists, in May 2020. We are licensed, insured, accredited through the Better Business Bureau, as well as a Member of the Elizabethton Chamber of Commerce. Our goal is for our clients to walk in and say, "WOW!" Tara assured me from the first time that we discussed our needs that the job would be done to our satisfaction. The first cleaners that came out missed several things that were important to me. When Tara followed up she made arrangements to come back to our home and correct these things. Our home is spotless. She exceeded my expectations. She vacuumed our closets. I know it sounds silly but that is how detailed the cleaning was. Felt very comfortable with her and her staff in our home. Would definitely recommend this young lady and her staff. We hired Tara & her team to help us clean our new construction home prior to moving in, and she was a fantastic partner throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, offered to meet on-site to give us an accurate quote, and did a fantastic job cleaning our home. I have used a house cleaning service in assistance for many years. My recent relocation led me to look for a new person. I was dissatisfied with our current company in terms reliability and quality. I asked Tara for a quote and made my needs clear as to be fair in my ask. Tara was very responsive to my inquiry for a in person quote. She understood not just the job but what our families overall needs were. She was able to come and meet us in person and quote the house cleaning costs. Tara is kind and professional and I found myself very comfortable with her. I felt compassion and grace and that prevented me from a total shame spiral as I walked her through a home that was pretty cluttered and needed a deep clean. We scheduled a day for a deep clean, which was fast. She arrived with 2 other incredibly hardworking women and went to work. For the size of this house and the amount of work involved, the 3 person crew made quick work of it while not cutting corners. They were very thorough and Tara asked for my approval and feedback upon completion. My home is beautiful and clean. The Ladies were friendly with my dog also. My other dog was kept put up but Rudy enjoyed the attention very much. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend Tara and Dixiemaids for your cleaning needs. I personally look forward to working with Dixiemaids again and regularly.
