- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our tile and carpet cleaning by the squar foot , sample we have a charge of around 0.25 per sq foot for strip and refinch of tile ! Then a extra charge to high speed buff to harder the WAX after 48 hrs.somewhere around $50.00. Depending of the size of the room needing buffed .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The jobs we do the most of are larger companies ,where we do twenty to eighty stores in one job scheduled However I enjoy doing something small on my own like a small church or a new small store . It gives me the feeling that we educated and help them understand how to manager their tile or carpet.

Referrals ! What chain of companies has used you in the past . How many years have you had in this type of work ?
