- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost, we want our pricing to be fair for all businesses. We prefer to bill at a flat-rate per month so small business owners can budget effectively without having to worry about hourly billings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start out with getting to know the people we're going to be working with along with learning about the business we're going to be partnering with. After that, we'll clearly define how we're going to help our client and what the exact cost will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in Finance/Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I had a strong passion from the start for entrepreneurship and I'm chasing my dream by starting my own accounting firm to help those who I'm passionate about.
