All the work they've done has been top notch! They've put in a water heater, put in a new water line, with a drain, and ran a new electric line with a dedicated breaker.

I'm a first-time homeowner, had just moved in, and didn't know why air was barely blowing out of my floor vents. Nick did an assessment for free, quickly found the cause, and thankfully no work was needed. The best part was that Nick took the time to educate me on my system, pointing out the different parts of my HVAC, what they do, and how they work together, and what to look for in the future. I feel like I've found the HVAC company I'll be going to for any future issues. Completely confident they will be honest and do a good job. I'm tempted to sign up for their maintenance membership where they come out routinely to check heat, air, plumbing, and electric.

We had Rapid Response replace a leaking water heater that would not keep the water hot.
Drake was on time for the assessment, and gave me exact details of the job and when they would arrive to do it. He and Tyler arrived on time to do the job, and Drake called or texted me when he was finished.
I can't comment on work quality, because I always wait a while before passing judgement on whether a job was completed accurately. However it has been six days now, and the tenants have not contacted me about any problems.
