- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is an example of a residential garage that we do every day. We charge by actual square footage but typical garages range from $3,000-$6,000 depending on size, options, and conditions of the concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you submit your information, we will contact you to discuss your project. If it makes sense for you, we will schedule an on-site visit to give you an exact price. If you choose to move forward with our quote, we will then schedule your job. On the day of the job, we will arrive in the morning and, for most jobs, complete the job that afternoon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are extensively trained by the product and equipment manufacturers. Each job will be led by a crew leader who has at least 5 years of experience installing the product you choose. Our employees focus exclusively on epoxy floor coatings, meaning they do these types of jobs every single day of the year, allowing them to become very good at their trade. Many companies that offer an array of services, giving them less focused training and experience.
