Absolute professional!!! Built awning for porch...service was fast and the quality was exceptional. I don't think there is a project this guy can't tackle. I highly recommend Jeff for any/all your home services. You won't be disappointed!!!

Jeff was easy to work with and understood our needs as customers. We asked him to build an awning for our back patio and he exceeded our expectations. When we arrived overseas and inquired about covering our pack porch, we were told we had to talk to Jeff Singleton. He was fully cleared by the base to do work on military housing, which is a level of permission not easy to come by. We live in one of the snowiest places on earth (I'm not joking), and we knew this cover would have to be rock solid in order to handle not only the snow that would fall on it, but all of the ice blocks that would fall from the other roofs that all converged at our back porch. Jeff constructed a fantastic covering for us, and we were happily able to grill outside without having to dig a walking path through the snow to get to the grill. We've had dozens of good-sized earthquakes over the last two years, and not even our 6.1 not too long ago fazed this roof. Jeff had a reputation for being a hard worker who was dependable and knowledgable, and we certainly found this to be true. I recommend him without reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is easy, I bid labor and materials are at cost. I prefer you pay for all materials. I take master card /visa , checks and my favorite is cash. If I have to buy materials I will give you a copy of the material cost which can be paid during larger jobs or after for jobs under a week. Will call items will have a $30 one time pick up charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, mainly online or through workshops provide at stories or companies I sub for . Most recent was a shower door installation for frameless heavy glass. And new paint design and applications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family trade, I love building and fixing things. I've tried other jobs but my passion is remodeling and flipping houses.
