We had to find a contractor very last minute after we found rot and water damage from trying to replace the floors. James was amazing at communicating from the beginning and helped us to get our home back, knowing his work needed to be done before we could reschedule other professionals. When we determined I needed a new back door he even helped me pick it up! I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

These guys came out and gave us a fair estimate to install a beam and open up a wall. They not only responded but kept in touch throughout the project with answering questions and letting us know when their guys would be back to finish the drywall. This was a plus as it is hard with contractors being so busy to get someone who does well with keeping in contact. The job was done as promised in a few days and done satisfactory. I would recommend them

I hired James and his crew do create a doorway (a “cased opening”) in my home. Their pricing was fair, the job was completed in half the time of other quotes, and the quality is excellent. We’re pleased and would hire him again!

James gave me a fair price for the job. He stuck to it as best he could because you always have unexpected repair needs once you demo floors and can inspect things you could not see. The job started and finished in the time frame stated. He and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. I would without a doubt hire him again

I hired James and team to build a concrete retaining wall and install a new mailbox. I was very pleased with the work and asked if they could work on my porch. They built new posts, installed vertical slat wall, and new cable railing system. Paint and stain. Everything is fantastic. In addition to the porch they built a new roof overhang for my back door. I couldn’t be happier with all the work. James is very responsive and his team were very friendly. If I have any other projects to do I would definitely use Elemental Designs!
