James gave me a fair price for the job. He stuck to it as best he could because you always have unexpected repair needs once you demo floors and can inspect things you could not see. The job started and finished in the time frame stated. He and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. I would without a doubt hire him again

I hired James and team to build a concrete retaining wall and install a new mailbox. I was very pleased with the work and asked if they could work on my porch. They built new posts, installed vertical slat wall, and new cable railing system. Paint and stain. Everything is fantastic. In addition to the porch they built a new roof overhang for my back door. I couldn’t be happier with all the work. James is very responsive and his team were very friendly. If I have any other projects to do I would definitely use Elemental Designs!
