- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide comprehensive guidance on what to bring and the best way to prepare for your session in the confirmation email that you will receive within 24 hours of reserving your session. During your shoot I will coach and direct you to make sure you look your absolute best in your images. After your shoot we review all of the images together so that you can select as many or as few as wish (images are $50 each). Your selected images will be professionally retouched and sent to you electronically within 5 working days. In a rush? No problem, just let me know and I will ensure you have your images as early as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully indemnified member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA.org) with 40 years of photography experience. I am also an Associate in Peter Hurley's Headshot Crew (one of fewer than 150 headshot specialists worldwide) and have received coaching and mentoring from the top headshot photographer in the US.
