FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will vary depending on travel distance, session frequency, and the length of commitment. I offer discounts to first time clients, and to existing clients who refer new clients. Payment is made at the time of booking for Nutrition Consults and Personal Training Sessions. Nutrition Consult Cancellations/Reschedule: Sessions can be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date scheduled. Refunds are generally not given. However, I will consider extraordinary circumstances on a case by case basis. If you are unable to reschedule your nutrition consult session, it can be transferred to another individual, and used within 30 days of purchase. Personal Training Billing, Cancellations, etc. Personal Training sessions can be billed on a monthly basis, or purchased as a set number of sessions (referred to as credits). Monthly clients will receive credits for training sessions depending on their commitment (i.e. 12 credits for 3/week commitment). Cancellations made up to 4 hours prior to the session will not result in forfeit of your credit.* All personal training sessions purchased expire after 90 days of purchase. * If you cancel more than 2 sessions per billing cycle at the last minute, all further cancellations in that billing period will cause you to forfeit the credit for that session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nutrition Clients: Prior to your consult appointment, I will provide you with a series of intake questions. These will be completed and sent back to me at least 48 hours prior to our session. These questions will help prepare us both so that when we meet, we can work together to create a plan that works for you. You will leave your session with an individualized nutrition plan and resources to help you implement the plan. The session will last one hour, with 50 minutes dedicated to the consult experience, and 10 minutes dedicated to planning for further follow up and communication needs. Personal Training Clients: Prior to our first session, I will send you a series of intake questions that help you clarify your goals, and help me prepare for your experience. At your first session, I will walk you through several assessments to determine your fitness level, any movement impairments or limitations to help me create an individualized program. The last five minutes of each training session will be dedicated for planning and communication purposes.
