Scape It was quick to respond to my initial quote, even coming out that day to look at my property and the work that needed to be done. I got a quote a few days later and finalized what I wanted done. The crew showed up and were super efficient and did a good job on the work requested. They finished in about 6 hours and it was a LOT of work. I’m happy with the final product. My only complaint was that I felt like the communication was poor. The things I messaged that I wanted weren’t “repeated back to me” and so I actually had to have the crew come back out the next day to finish the work of things that were missed. There were still minor things that did not get finished that I decided to just fix myself even after having them come back a second time. I would send the lead guy messages and he would not address a couple of my points each time. There was miscommunication about how much monkey grass we wanted so only half of the area was filled and when I questioned it he just said “I thought that was all you wanted due to budget” but did not do anything to make the situation better. Overall, my yard looks much better than it did before, but I am slightly frustrated with things that weren’t communicated properly/weren’t done at all.

Amongst our team members we have degrees in horticulture, landscape architecture, construction management, and business management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is in the landscape, construction and land development business so I grew up on job sites and want to one day open my own land development company. I started with cutting grass for neighbors when I was 12 and have been servicing the greater middle Tennessee area with hardscape and landscape services for the past 13 years.
