- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Elevate 360 Media we don't believe in photo caps, we do not limit a property to a certain number of photos. We take as many photos as are needed to properly showcase your property. We offer photos, video, 3D Tours and floor plans, drone photography and video, thermal drone photography and video when needed. Anything you need to market a property we do, if you need a service that we don't offer lets discuss it and see if we are able to offer that service. We are here to provide quality products, on a strict timeline, at a fair price. We want to make things easier on our clients and we want them to be happy with our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible we prefer to jump on a quick call with new clients. We want to ensure that they have scheduled the services that they need, answer any questions they may have, and ensure we make notes of any special requests that client may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for just over 1 year, during that first year I had the privilege of training under a very talented photographer that mentored me for about 90 days. That mentor has become a friend and we still talk periodically, whether I have a question or want to run an idea by her, or just to stay in touch. I am forever in her debt for taking me under her wing and showing me how to become a successful photographer specializing in real estate media.
