They were amazing. Heat went out, Jeff came out and looked at it the very same morning (on a Sunday). Quickly diagnosed, and was able to provide pricing. Unit was replaced and working by Monday at noon. Great job. Highly recommend. Well what I expected and had heard from others on pricing as well.

Jeff and his tech were responsive and professional on the entire process. I had a new AO Smith gas HWH installed the next day after arranging with Jeff. His tech arrived on time and efficiently and cleanly completed the job in under 2 hrs. I felt Jeff’s price and explanation of how to choose the right HWH were most informative and helpful. Jeff and his team replaced the primary hvac unit in our home and did a great job. They were in and out within and couple hours and he even installed two new high efficiency thermostats for us that my wife and I purchased. He did not try to oversell me on anything that I didn’t need, as I found others in this industry tend to do. I would recommend to anyone needing an hvac replacement as he had competitive pricing and was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price out each job individually. However if a client has a few different projects needing to be done i can group them together and give an even bigger discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with me and my company. I try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for large HVAC / plumbing companies in the past along with property management offices. So yes I keep up on all the current products, services, and training. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
