- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for our services is among the most competitive in the market. We operate on a Payment prior to services being rendered. Our pricing includes multiple signers, when other services charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new client, I typically screen the client to find out how I can help them the best way possible. I make sure they are aware that I am not an Attorney and cannot render advice about forms or anything that may be in a document or form. I take the time to develop a good understanding of what is being asked of me, and then work to provide the highest standard of service to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, and the Loan Signing Service. I have several years experience in the Mortgage Broker business and as a Real Estate Agent, both in different States. During my time in Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent work, I have conducted, and been involved with over 60 Real Estate transaction Closings. During my time as a Real Estate Investor, I have participated in many more transactional Closing processes throughout the years. I have assisted foreign buyers and sellers, who needed documents legalized in their respective Hague Convention member countries. In addition to these experiences, I have officiated several Weddings and Marital Unions over the years, as an ordained non-denominational Minister, in several different states. With this background, I am bringing my experience and expertise into my new business to offer my community and surrounding communities.
