- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to come out to meet you and your cat(s) at a no charge, no committment Meet and Greet. More info on the Meet and Greet is in the next section. Comprehensive Cat Care (CCC) visits include giving fresh food and water, administering medication or supplements when needed, scooping all litterboxes, playtime with toys, and lots of focused and loving attention. CCC daily visits usually last around an hour and are $60 each. Rates for two or more visits each day are discounted to $55 each. Comprehensive Cat Care Plus (CCC+) visits include 90 minutes of top-notch care for $85. These extended visits allow additional time for beneficial interactions. Behavior assistance rates begin at $85. Bringing in mail and packages, watering indoor plants, checking windows and doors for security, alternating indoor or outdoor lighting and taking out trash are always included at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A no charge, no commitment Meet and Greet gives you a chance to see how your cat(s) and I are going to get along. I tend to be a cat magnet, and even shy kitties usually come out to meet me. A Meet and Greet provides the opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, and to share your cats’ routines, aversions and obsessions with me.
