- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing ranges from $75-$125 per hour depending on the project and scope of work. I often offer package pricing discounts because my primary focus is on a successful relationship with a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a listening approach to client satisfaction. It is absolutely critical that I understand the work and the end goal before proceeding. I'm a calm, quiet presence -- my focus is on client success. Once I've listened and absorbed, I work hand-in-hand with the client to create a winning strategy, brilliant writing, and award-winning publications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes a Ph.D. in public policy as well as writing and editing for political consulting firms. I learned the writing process across disciplines as a political press secretary by day and doctoral student by night. Additionally, I've coached national champions in collegiate debate as well as political leaders at the local and state level.
