What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $125/hour for face painting services with a 2-hour minimum booking. A small travel fee may apply to events outside of a 30-mile radius of Nashville, TN.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request details of the event from head count to party theme and contact information. An invoice is sent via the payment method that works best for the client, and once the booking retainer is received, the date is confirmed. I touch base with the client 3-6 days prior to their event to confirm all details are still accurate. Remaining payment can be made the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken several training classes with nationally renowned professional face paint artists to further develop my talents.
