- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired for a photo session, I follow up with my clients to insure I answer any questions they may have for their session. I make sure that I find out their vision for what they would like to achieve during their session. I also make sure that I am available for any consultation they may need regarding location and clothing choices. I normally deliver my clients professionally edited photos within two weeks after the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on-hand photography experience. I have been photographing professionally since 2009. I have worked in various customer service positions since I was 15 years old (over 20 years now). I also am a Mom to two small children which definitely helps me to relate and work with children.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was asked what I wanted to do for a career when I was fourteen years old and I knew then that I wanted to be a professional photographer. I do not meet a stranger and I really enjoy helping each of my clients save their moments so they can look back and have them to enjoy all of their life.
