- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various discounts throughout the year on occasion. Our pricing will include all needed pipes, fittings, and valves, but will not typically include fixtures (tubs, sinks, shower heads, faucets, etc.) We are a small business and do not have the overhead of a large company. This will save you money! We believe in a fair price for every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when we receive a call with a description of the issue, the first step is to get eyes on it. With exceptions, most homeowners don’t fully understand plumbing systems and cannot fully describe what’s needed over the phone. Once we have eyes on the problem or need, we can give a revised quote before moving forward. Once the project is complete, we will run all appropriate tests and checks to ensure there are no leaks and the system is functioning properly. Once job is done and the customer is happy, we will be on our way until/if you have need of us again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Field experience in plumbing systems specifically since 2005. Have held various local/state licenses and certifications in plumbing, home improvement, tile and waterproofing.
