Introduction: I am providing commercial and residential architecture services. I am registered for over 30 years. Recently, I have designed 4 mid-rise buildings on Cherokee Blvd. and Shore District, Chattanooga, TN; which are lined up in a single row. The last building contains a two level parking garage. I average about 20-30 million dollars or construction per year. I am known for having very competitive fees because after operating a firm of between 13-8 people, I felt I could provide better service operating as an individual. I am also known for working fast. Current projects include: * Brewery indoor trampoline park * 4-story mixed use retail * Apartment building * 350 unit apartment complex * 10,000 SF office building * 10,500 SF shopping center (under construction all of which were designed and detailed by myself)
