- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally have at least 2 meetings before we start a working relationship. On our first meeting we review the job requirements, and work sites and more importantly that the project will be the eight fit for both parties. If we move forward from there, we will have a second meeting where we finalize costs and project timelines and go over deposits and get the project officially moving forward. After this we then begin the next steps on your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business from UTC and we are always following trends and opportunities for training in the landscaping and construction field. We are consistently encouraging our employees to continue professional development and education in the industry and part of the way we do that is by paying for professional development classes for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Developed from summer mowing during high school and a way to pay for college. From there I added a partner and developed the business into a full service provider of everything outdoors.
