FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price things overall based on the project. Depending on what area of town you are in there will be a small fee for travel, usually not to exceed $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, I'll need to know what you're wanting done. We can exchange numbers or emails so you can give me some pictures. From what you describe I'll give you a price then. If you're satisfied with that price I'll want to get hands on for a more accurate quote, but my in person estimates are not free (unless you do decide to go with me after I give you the price in person, which may or may not differ from the previous price I gave you) while I try to get on my feet. As such, $20 for gas and my time is reasonable regardless of the area of town.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training comes from work I have performed on the job. I started in new construction doing big commercial jobs like Walmarts, Bass Pro Shops, Costco, Cabelas, etc. I eventually got into the Service side of things and have been doing that for about 3 years now.
