- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward, fair, and designed to give you the best value for the work we deliver. We offer flexible pricing to suit your needs. You can choose the pricing structure that works best for your project: we can either provide a fixed bid based on the scope of the job or offer an hourly rate with a required minimum. The hourly option is great for smaller or variable projects, while a bid is ideal for larger, well-defined jobs. Regardless of which structure you choose, we also have a maximum day rate cap, so you’ll have cost certainty even if the project takes longer than expected. In the case of bidded jobs, if unforeseen issues arise, we’ll discuss any adjustments before moving forward, ensuring that you’re always in the loop. Equipment delivery is free within 25 miles of our location, with a small per-mile fee for jobs beyond that radius. For larger jobs of three days or more, we may offer a discount or waiver on delivery costs. We aim to offer the most reasonable rates in the area, with transparent pricing and a commitment to quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a conversation to understand your vision and the goals you have for your property. We’ll talk through the scope of work, offer insight based on the land and terrain, and help you map out a plan that fits both your immediate needs and any future considerations. One thing that sets us apart is that we own all of our equipment—so there’s no waiting on third-party rental companies or worrying about scheduling conflicts. Once we align on a date, you can trust we’ll be there, on time and ready to get started. In most cases, a small deposit is required to reserve your project date, especially if the location is more than 25 miles from our home base. That helps us secure your spot on the calendar and prepare accordingly. From start to finish, we’re focused on being dependable, thorough, and delivering work we’re proud to stand behind.
