Absolutely superb! What a pleasure it was to work with someone who had both the knowledge and the technical expertise to create the shower of my dreams. From the very first call and with every work day, I was consulted on every aspect of the project, to be sure the work was being completed according to my specifications and satisfaction. Every aspect of the project was fully explained beforehand and although there was a minor hiccup with the shower seat I originally purchased, BJ replaced it with an even better model at no additional cost. Conscientious, meticulous, and a lovely personality (he also sings in the shower:-)

Our experience with 3rd Generation was wonderful! We were looking for someone to install a shower in the upstairs master bathroom. The work was completed beyond our expectations. They are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices and above all honest. Highly recommended them!

Great experience!! Quality of work is excellent, very responsive to needs, great ideas and suggestions for products and ideas for installation. From plumbing to electrical to installation, got it all with courtesy and helpfulness for the icing on the cake!
