David listened to what I wanted out of job. Offered honest opinions and options that would fit my budget. Finished job in timely manor. Already have other jobs lined up with him. His estimate was fair and reasonable. Other estimates were double cost for same work. Recommending him to family and friends! Garage floor to be done next. Wall was full of LARGE holes and one wall had chalkboard paint and art work on it. Doesn't look like a 1968 Garage! So pleased!
