We scheduled for a deep clean. I spoke with Katheryn the night before the cleaning 12/29. Everything seemed great. The morning of the cleaning 12/30/2022 she reached out stating she would be an hour late and would be at our home around 2:00ish. That’s not a problem, I understand things happen. It’s currently after 4:00 p.m and I have not heard from her. I have sent texts and messages on Thumbtack and still no communication. My husband and I have been very busy along with working weird hours the last month so we really needed the help. We have friends and family arriving in 3 hours. Very frustrating.
