- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing this is everyone's number one question of course and that's fine. I say for the most part our pricing is negotiable. We have base prices set for our services. We do offer many service discounts for teacher, military, 1st responders, and government employees. In addition to that we can also make a custom package to fit your businesses custom need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with any new client always begins with a conversation. I want to get to know my clients and want to get to know me. I want to have clients that enjoy working with me and vice versa. Its the old theory that its not work if you enjoy who you work with that is my theory that I try to really employ in my daily life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my tax certifications I have taken up to five levels of the IRS formal tests. I am known as a Senior Tax Specialist, two steps below an IRS agent. Each ear I must take a minimum of 18 hours continuing education on Federal changes not to mention the state changes as well as for example in this past year changes that reflect to special situations such as COVID-19. I am also Enhanced Small Business Certified which means that I have been trained in all aspects of business including but not limited to small business, LLC's, S-Corp & C-Corps. In addition to the federal aspect of those I also have knowledge of the sales & use tax, and the various state requirements for each state. If I don't have it in my memory I have a resource for it for reference.
