I am an 8th grade teacher at Trinity Christian Academy in Jackson, TN. Logan West was our deejay for our end-of-year party, and he did a phenomenal job! He showed up extra early to make sure everything was in proper order. He checked with me about specific types of music that I DIDN'T want my students to hear, and what types I did. He made suggestions, and put me at ease. Once the kids arrived, Logan immediately got them started with something fun and exciting! He played a good mixture of slow songs, more upbeat songs, and group dance songs! He was very accommodating to the kids who would go up and give him a request. He let the students know when time was almost up so that they could make the most of their time. He broke down his equipment in a timely manner so that we didn't have to wait around to lock up. The kids commented on how much fun the dance was and great the dancing music was as well. I would highly recommend Logan for any party, dance, or event!

Logan did the reception at our wedding. He was very easy to work with and made sure to take any special requests I had from do-play, don't-play, and all the rest. They made sure to keep the party going, and were great at feeling the vibe of our reception and playing the right music for each moment. Excellent - I highly recommend!

Logan and his dad entertained our Daddy Daughter Dance event at Trinity Christian Acaddemy. This event is for girls on Pre-K till 5th grade. This was our 4th event, and the first one to have a DJ. They were absolutely amazing. The music selection was wonderful. They managed to have the dads dancing with their daughters, which we could never get them doing on the previous 3 years. The sound was great. Enthusiasm was great. We already hired him for next year. Everybody loved them. Not one person made any comment against them. All feedback we got was perfect. Everybody was amazed with the event.

FAQs

How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was about ten years old, I began to volunteer with the Media Ministry at church. Over time I developed a love and passion for live production. About three years ago, I began researching with my dad about the DJ industry. I was in high school when I began to DJ. I was fortunate to loan some gear from my local school for a few events to get some working capital to buy my gear. Within a few months, I owned my own gear and have been djing since. I absolutely love what I do!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically do Wedding Receptions, but we have also done block parties, sweet 16's, and school dances.
