Johnathan is very professional and patiently explained everything that he did. He expertly chaged out my old water heater, added an outside water spigot, and replaced all my indoor pipes within a few hours. Mikhail assisted us by reviewing a recent replumb of our entire house and providing his expert opinion of the areas to be corrected. He took pictures and provided a video of our sewer pipes in the crawl space under our home. With this information, I was able to have an informed argument with the original plumbing company...which resulted in the original plumbing company honoring their warranty and correcting their non-plumbing-code-work that we couldn't see under the house. Since the work was re-done by the original plumber, we are taking showers and washing clothes without bubbling toilets and backed-up plumbing lines. Thank you Plumbing Authority and Mikhail for all of your help!

I am the AOD at Cornerstone Caregiving and we has toilet issues and Chase came out and first thing he said with our 4 bathrooms that we all have the wipes that are( flushable) that would be more than likely are problem. They are not and just going to back up and cost a lot of money!!! He was correct!!! He was very professional and kind and explained everything to us then had to repeat on the phone to my OD again and did not complain with all our questions and concerns! I would call and ask him to come to my home if I had any issues and would recommend him and the company to anyone. Thank you to the company and especially Chase.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing and discounts on multiple projects. For instance, we offer a $93 or free drain clearing. For $93, we will send a licensed plumber out to your home to clear your clogged drain. If they are unable to unclog the drain, it is completely free. The plumber will then provide you with options on what it would take to unclog the drain and ensure that it does not happen again. You can find coupons for other services on our website.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are licensed plumbers. All of our plumbers must complete an apprenticeship program in order to take their State of Tennessee plumbing exam. This consists of thousands of hours of on-the-job training under the watchful eye of a Master Plumber. Along with this is countless hours of study on the international plumbing code and other fuel and gas codes related to our trade. Only after all this training does one qualify to sit for the State of Tennessee Plumbing exam. Upon passing this exam, they become licensed in the plumbing trade.
