- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service charge for troubleshooting and repair is $150 which includes the first hour and $50 per half-hour after, plus material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief conversation about the problem or project, we confirm you are the owner or have permission, review openings in the schedule, then typically have you text us with your name and address. I will follow up with a confirmation and an estimated time.
