- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Every job is different and we strive to give our customers the best experience and price. we do not want to just see the work needing to be done, but we want to provide alternative options that may be better fit for the wants and needs of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made we like to discuss the details of the job with the potential client. Then we would come give a personalized quote and start the project at a agreed time that works best for the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with minor construction as a kid with my family. Then I started building homes for contractors and was able to learn a vast amount of trades from subcontractors that were always looking for help. This turned into a company offering me a project manager position over multimillion dollar projects. The bigger it got the more fun it was, however I missed interacting with individual people. This influenced my decision to come home and start Gross to Great.
