- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to be able to provide an affordable, no hassle service to people that just want their lawn to look great and can go on with their daily activities.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently agreed to mow a customer's lawn that was very particular. It is a beautiful lawn with hundreds of hours of maintenance work performed by the customer. When I finished mowing he was very impressed and commented "it looks like I mowed it myself !" That's all I could ask for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for someone presentable, punctual, local, and actually doing some or all of the work themselves. A company can have the best equipment available but if they don't show up, what good is it. Look for someone with good communication skills because I believe communication is the key to any relationship.
