I'm a graphic designer and illustrator with 7 years of agency experience. I can help improve your brand and impress your clients by providing design that will make you stand out from the competition. I can not speak enough about the great work that this young man had done for our company. For the past few months, our company site was looking get an overhaul with a new format, new code and some minor cosmetics to make it more user friendly to our customers. My current web designer and host would/could not help me and when it came time to pay for another year of hosting, I refused until some issues were addressed. To say the least, I started my search for another web designer to help me out. I put out feelers for a new and local designer and believed that I had found one; to my surprise, he let us down as well and never followed thru with his timing or response. That is when I posted for yet another designer, and Nick Massie arose to the occasion. I met with him and discussed the above issues, what my needs were and the time line in which I needed it. Nick was more than professional, he knew exactly what to do, what we needed, the timeline in which I needed it and he went Above and Beyond to make sure the site was perfect!! Better yet, he took the time to walk me thru the inner workings, some of the code, how to take full control over my own site and how to keep it running smoothly. Nick was an asset and well worth every dollar we spent! We will continue to rely on him for future needs, future company sites and designs. We have already recommended him too two other companies based on his professionalism.

Pricing is negotiable, and will depend on the individual needs of your brand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working on a project is to understand your brand or service, and do my due diligence to see where you rank against your competitors from a visual standpoint. Then I work with you to find a style that will be unique, but also will work for your industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Flagler College in 2012 with a graphic design degree. I then went on to work at various design studios including Bag Tags Inc, The Chicago Tribune, and more.
