We create websites and write web content. We consult on mobile apps and develop them for clients. We map out marketing plans and help people choose specific tactics, and then we help them implement those plans step by step. We sometimes do SEO work and manage social media accounts. We've done just about everything for our clients except sweep their floors and lock their doors!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're looking to hire a marketing outfit, then you should look for someone who has a plan that includes measuring results. If you don't have a way to track the effectiveness and ROI of each promotion and tactic of every campaign, then you are, in effect, shooting a shotgun in the dark and hoping something falls out of the sky. Be sure to ask your marketing firm to use custom URLs, vanity 1-800 #s, Google Analytics, and even good old-fashioned coupon codes to determine whether or not your efforts are paying off. Stretch each and every dollar!
