Caroline was so great. During one of the darkest periods of our lives she came to us in the hospital and took care of all or paperwork - and we had a lot of paperwork. She arrived exactly when she said she would, she was very friendly and very professional. Where others tried to price gouge us at such a terrifying time in our lives, Caroline charged a very reasonable rate, especially on a Sunday afternoon on a 3day holiday weekend. We are so grateful to her for taking care of our family in our time of crisis.
