Introduction: I'm of graduate of Arkansas State University with a bachelor's and a master's degree in exercise science. I am currently an exercise specialist who works specifically alongside individuals with cardiac and pulmonary related issues; however, I also have much experience working with healthy individuals interested in weight loss, strength training, and improving overall health and wellness. I am looking for clients to work with in addition to my current job. I love helping people reach their goals. I can't wait to meet you!
