Introduction: With FREE estimates and consultations, we craft each system to meet our customers exact needs, and can provide many different equipment alternatives. I entered this industry with the goal of providing security services backed by stellar customer support. My goal is to make sure that we are a security company that you actually enjoy working with. With that being said, the happiness of the customer is our first priority. If the systems we provide aren't improving our customers lives, we aren't doing our job correctly. Because of this, we do not offer contract-based services. I believe that, if we are not taking care of our customers, they deserve the right eliminate our services. We pride ourselves in not over-selling the customer with things that they do not need, and make sure to fully educate on the services that are provided.

Steadfast was able to get the old system working again in the house I recently moved in to. I was also able to receive an insurance discount with the certificate that they provided me once the system was operational. Installer was friendly and explained the use of the system in plain English.

With multiple business locations, I was in need of a system that would allow me to keep track of HVAC issues, store opening/closings, and access control for the employee entrances. I was able to keep track of some of these key areas with multiple systems, but the functionality of all of the systems was a bit lacking since they were all on different platforms. With Steadfast, I was able to combine all of these services into one platform that I can access from a single app on my phone. While there was a few bumps in the road getting all of the notifications and systems to work just how I wanted, I am very happy with the end product. The installer was also very helpful and forward with any issues that have arose during the initial installs

Low-Cost, Contract-Free monthly plans keeps customer pricing simple. We also feature a 30-Day refund of initial products and services should you be unhappy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the customers needs and create a custom estimate with either a phone call, or a site visit. If the bid is accepted, a certified technician will professionally install the equipment. Before leaving, the technician will train the customer on all of the equipment and services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are required to go through a rigorous training and certification process.
