- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a free consultation to assess needs and provide a price for the service. This can be either via telephone or in person at my office. From there I will usually ask for needed information to complete the work. This information can be provided via secure upload, drop off, fax, or mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two bachelor's degrees, one in business administration and the other in accounting. I have five years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns as well as bookkeeping.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took an accounting class in high school and have been doing tax and accounting work ever since.
