Burford Hardwoods is a great company that recently installed hardwood flooring in my kitchen, dining room, and living room. They completed it in a timely fashion and the end product was excellent. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I contacted Burford, they came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and told me they could start immediately! I let him in to start the flooring and when I returned he was gone with only half of the work completed, nails and pieces everywhere and a note that he had an emergency!
Understanding that things happen I waited a few days and then began reaching back out to him to complete the work! I had no luck but was contacted by the owner Jared who informed me that he was terminated and that his behavior was unacceptable! Jared assured me himself
That he would make sure the job is complete and in a timely manner! He gave me a few days that he planned on starting but never showed, I texted him and called on numerous occasions! Overall I am very displeased not only with one employee but the owner himself who could have handled this immediately!
Save yourself some time and energy and just get quotes elsewhere!
