Gold Star Plumbing technician Rocky was punctual, courteous, responsive and precise. They did the repair quickly, clean and reasonably priced. As a customer I felt very satisfied. And I am of the always grumpy type, keep that in mind :)

I immediately got a response after reaching out for issues with garage disposal. They were quick to schedule an appointment to assess issue and provide quote. The estimate is free and they educate and inform you of not only what they’re doing but how to care for your disposal. Christian was very professional, prompt & helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything before he left. I will be using Gold Star Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Cannot recommend more!

1st we hired anothr guy to change out the handle and shower head and he did a horrible job. The shark bite was leaking, the handle was barely on and messed up. Then I hired Gold Star Plumbing. Steven did a fantastic job, fixing the things the other guy messed up. He explained things to me and made sure nothing was leaking. I've been watching it for 5 or 6 days, nothing is leaking I put a water sensor in the wall on the floor, before we closed it back up and hung the big mirror back there. The price was a little more than I expected, but at least I don't have to worry about it leaking.
