- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are provided by top individuals in their fields. We offer tailored services to our clients. Our hourly rate ranges from $100-$125 per hour with discounts and package deals based on the project needs of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an initial free 30- minute consultation. Based on the needs, we send a proposal for review and discussions if needed. Upon acceptance of the proposal, we send the client an Intake form, NDA, Service Agreement. We typically start on a project immediately upon receipt of the first agreed-upon payment/deposit. However, some projects may take up to 48 hours to start in the event of system set-up, information gathering, etc.
