Wade Siler came to my home to assess some issues I had with my floors and wall. He was 1 of several I had called to assess this issue. He was so very honest about what was going on. He told me what repairs were needed. However, he also stated that the issue could have been easily addressed by a handyman. Mind you I actually got a quote from another foundation specialist which quoted me 25,000. Which if I had chosen them to do the job, would have actually caused MORE damage to my home. So thankful that there are people out there that aren’t always trying to take advantage and getting paid.

I had contacted them to schedule a quote, scheduling was easy and the person who came on site was very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about, I was at that time already thinking AFS would be the route I would go. We did notice my contact info was wrong in his system, fixed it and then he said he emailed me 3 quotes. I never got and he didn’t leave a card so I didn’t have anyway to contact them. I spent 2 weeks trying to get a quote and even when I finally got them emailed, not even an apology for the hassle and frustration that was caused. This could very well be a one off incident, but I decided to go in another direction purely if I had to jump through all those hoops just to get copies of the quotes … how can I trust responsiveness when the work is being completed. I would still say get a quote from AFS and make your own conclusions but make sure you receive the email or get contact info before they leave. Also - note to AFS… I don’t know what system you use to track your leads and quotes (from my tech PM background this is commonly called a CRM - like Salesforce), but empower your customer care scheduling team with the ability to just email quotes attached to a lead’s file if they call asking for it. You don’t need to make it overly difficult and make your lead so frustrated. Like I seriously looked up the person who gave me the quote on site on LinkedIn to ask for the quotes to be resent because it was so difficult to get through other channels.
